Your Friday edition 9to5Toys Lunch Break deal roundup is now ready to go. Firstly, we want to remind folks that today is your last chance to get in on our exclusive Nomad sale – you can score 20% off anything on the site including new releases using the special promo code you’ll find right here. On top of that, we have $100 off the most affordable 24GB Mac mini joined by a new Amazon low on Apple’s most affordable 13-inch M3 iPad Air Cell model at $185 off. And now, just ahead of the iPhone 17 launch, Amazon is offering up to $730 in savings on iPhone 15/16 Pro models for folks looking for a deal instead of the new model. All of that also joins the first discounts on a series of new Qi2.2 25W charging gear down below. Live again: Grab a 24GB M4 Mac mini at $300 less than the one you can buy at Amazon In the lead up to Labor Day weekend, B&H has been going crazy with the Mac deals. Delivering some of the best prices we have tracked all year on configurations you just can’t get at Amazon and Best Buy. One of the more interesting and standout offers here is on the 24GB M4 Mac mini at $699 shipped – this is not the $999 24GB model you can get at Amazon, but rather the most affordable 24GB configuration you can buy with a solid $100 price drop. Landing any of the more affordable M4 Mac mini configs at $100 off is still a solid deal. While we have seen some of the models Amazon offers drop even more than that, there has never been a time when you could have scored a 24GB M4 mini anywhere near the $699 we have here today. The only 24GB M4 mini you can buy at Amazon also has 512GB of storage, and, while that storage can certainly come in handy, it is also quite an expensive upgrade. The 24GB/512GB M4 Mac mini carries a $999 list price and rarely goes for less than $899 at Amazon. But if you can instead rely on some external storage you might already have, you can land the 24GB/256GB model for a whole lot less than that courtesy of the beloved authorized dealers over at B&H: More storage is great and 16GB of RAM is perhaps plenty for some folks, but the 24GB RAM setups are starting to become even more appealing for me personally and I’d much rather pay for the horsepower than the storage I can supplement with a less pricey external drive of some kind. This ridiculous 8TB M4 Pro Mac mini with 64GB of RAM is a gigantic $1,200 off the list price right now Amazon now offering up to $730 off iPhone 15/16 Pro ahead of iPhone 17 launch next week Now just days away from the official reveal from iPhone 17, excitement is ramping up for the next-generation Apple handsets (not to mention loads of leaked details and images). For those looking to trade-up for the new model, or just pre-order one when everything goes live (likely next week), the ongoing slate of discounts on iPhone 15 and 16 are much less exciting, but for those looking for a deal there is as much as $730 in savings live right now courtesy of Amazon. As per usual at this time of year, Amazon starts to deliver some of the best prices we have tracked on its Renewed Premium iPhone listings. This includes for iPhone 15, 15 Pro, and Pro Max as well as what are still (at least for a few more days) the current-generation iPhone 16 Pro models. Amazon’s Renewed Premium listings are its highest-quality offerings and include a 1-year warranty with purchase – they are also some of the very best sources for deep discounts on iPhone. While you’ll find a host of notable discounts on iPhone 15/16 below, one of the real highlights for folks who don’t care about the latest and greatest is the 1TB iPhone 15 Pro Max – it has now dropped even lower and is now nearly $730 off the original list price. Apple’s most affordable 13-inch M3 iPad Air Cell model just hit the Amazon all-time low at $185 off We had a good run on the M3 MacBook Air lineup at $150 off post-Prime Day and again for Labor Day weekend. However most of those deals have come and gone now, leaving us with a particular notable offer on the base 13-inch Wi-Fi + Cell variant. While we did see just about all of these configs at $150 off alongside the base Wi-Fi only models, Amazon is now offering its best price yet on this one at nearly $185 off. Details below. Over at Amazon, you will now find the 13-inch 128GB M3 iPad Air with the Wi-Fi + Cell configuration down at $764.60 shipped. This is a regularly $949 configuration seeing a solid $184.40 price drop to deliver the best price we can find. Today’s deal is a new Amazon all-time low, undercutting the Prime Day and Labor Day offers we tracked previously. It’s not often we see an M3 iPad Air at better than $150 off. We, in fact, have only tracked most models in the lineup at $150 off twice since release, previously topping out at $120 off for Prime Day and more like $100 off before that. There have been a few one-off chances at select models with deeper deals, much like we have here today, but these sorts of offers have been far and few between. They also typically land on the more pricey configs with higher storage capacities as well. Folks looking to save even more will want to scope out our exclusive deal on the M2 iPad Air at $350 off. While not the latest and greatest, for most users the M2 delivers a nearly identical experience, and you can land a 512GB for less than the price of today’s 128GB: Today’s accessories and charging deals: M4 Pro MacBook Pro deals are disappearing quick, grab the 24GB/512GB at $300 off while you still can Much like we have seen with most of the M4 MacBook Air lineup this week, the particularly notable deals on the latest M4 and M4 Pro MacBook Pro lineup are starting to disappear ahead of next week’s big Apple event. While we aren’t expecting the new MacBook Pros to land until after that (or at least that’s typically how Apple has done things), Amazon is still holding out with a solid $300 price drop on the 24GB/512GB M4 Pro MacBook Pro. Unlike most major retailers, Amazon is still offering a solid $300 price drop on the most 24GB M4 Pro MacBook Pro with the 512GB internal SSD down at $1,699 shipped. Regularly $1,999, this is on par with the best deals we have tracked over the summer, including Prime Day 2025. There have been a couple very short-lived offers for roughly $25 less than this at Amazon in 2025, but they were very hard to come by – you had to be ready to pull the trigger at a moment’s notice in the middle of the day. Today’s deal is on par with the holiday discount we tracked at the tail end of 2024. Yes, I do feel the M4 MacBook Air is a better buy for most folks and, yes, Apple will likely replace the M4 MacBook Pro lineup this year. But for some, the expanded I/O and much better display on the Pro is a must and today’s deal might be the best chance you have for quite some time to land this machine at $300 off the list price.
