Apple launched its long-awaited AirPods Pro 3 today, and has made some changes to its overall AirPods product lineup as a result. Here’s the new AirPods lineup.
AirPods Pro 3 is the latest addition to AirPods product lineup
Today during Apple’s ‘Awe dropping’ event, the company launched the next generation of AirPods Pro.
AirPods Pro 3 are now available to pre-order from the online Apple Store, and they will ship at the end of next week on September 19.
Here’s what the new AirPods lineup looks like:
AirPods Pro 3: $249
AirPods 4: $129
AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation: $179
AirPods Max with USB-C: $549
The only change involves AirPods Pro 3 being slotted in as the replacement for AirPods Pro 2, which have now been discontinued.
Apple’s new model retains the same $249 starting price as the previous AirPods Pro. Pricing for every other AirPods product has also been unchanged following the event.
New feature highlights for AirPods Pro 3 include up to 2x better Active Noise Cancellation, longer battery life, an updated design, more ear tips, Live Translation, and more.
If you’re interested in grabbing a discounted pair of AirPods Pro 2, they are still available for purchase from Amazon. It wasn’t mentioned during the keynote, but Live Translation is also coming to both AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 4.
