We don’t yet know what new features or changes will be included in iPadOS 26.1, but we’ll keep you posted on any discoveries we make. In recent years, Apple would announce a variety of features for its software platforms at WWDC that didn’t actually arrive in September’s initial x.0 release. This year, however, Apple was very careful to keep its WWDC announcements limited almost exclusively to new features that actually shipped in iOS and iPadOS 26.0 this week.
