Also: The best October Prime Day deals live now For a limited time, you can buy this Amazon Kindle Scribe Essentials Bundle for about $385. It includes a 64GB Kindle Scribe in Tungsten (black), a Premium Pen stylus, a black Leather Folio, and a power adapter. If $385 is still too much, there are other options. You can get the 32GB Kindle Scribe bundle for $360 or the 16GB Kindle Scribe bundle for $350. Also, be aware that only Tungsten model is available for purchase. The Jade Green option is out of stock. The Kindle Scribe is a great handheld that combines everything great about an Amazon e-reader -- crisp-looking text, a long battery life, access to the platform's vast e-book library -- with robust note-taking tools more often seen on high-end tablets. Read the review: Amazon Kindle Scribe Amazon's device boasts a 10.2-inch display outputting 300ppi resolution visuals at 94 nits; that's bright enough to main clear readability under the sun. For nighttime reading, users are able to adjust the warmth of the screen, lowering blue light so you can get a good night's sleep. One of its standout features is called Active Canvas. What this does is it "allows you to take notes and scribble your thoughts directly onto the pages of your book." These notes exist on a different layer, separate from the book text. That way, users can edit their notes and not mess with the book's readability. The accessories also play a big role in the e-reader's enjoyment. That pen has a nice weight to it. And the soft, textured tip provides a silky smooth writing experience "that feels exactly like a 'real' pencil." Other notable features for the Kindle Scribe include organization templates, a multi-week battery, and an onboard AI assistant that that can summarize up to 15 pages. On top of the e-reader, you get a bunch of cool accessories that let users get the most out of their purchase. It is a shame that the Jade device is no longer available for sale. Hopefully, Amazon restocks the other color soon. When will this deal expire?
