Update October 7, 2025: Apple has released TestFlight 4.0.1 and it removes all references to the “Tester Matching” feature. In an update today, Apple introduced a visual refresh to TestFlight, based on the Liquid Glass look, as well as an interesting discovery feature. Here are the details. TestFlight 4.0.0 gets Liquid Glass support Earlier today, Apple updated its Apple Support app, bringing iOS 26 and Liquid Glass compatibility to it. Now, the company is also rolling out an update to TestFlight with a new icon, a completely refreshed look on multiple platforms, and welcome accessibility improvements. Here are the release notes for TestFlight version 4.0.0: This update includes: A refreshed look, featuring the Liquid Glass design. Accessibility improvements, including VoiceOver, Voice Control, and Larger Text. Stability improvements and bug fixes. Tester Matching is coming Perhaps more interesting than the visual update is a new “Tester Matching” feature spotted by Aaron Perris. When it goes live, it’ll seemingly let users discover beta tests for apps that align with their interests. Apple has announced a new feature for beta testing apps: Tester Matching "Discover apps you might like based off your interests" This is from TestFlight 4.0, which was just released, but the feature does not appear to be live yet. pic.twitter.com/zS7lb3Cs3F — Aaron (@aaronp613) October 6, 2025 Apple hasn’t officially announced Tester Matching yet, and it will presumably also inform developers about how the feature will work from their end before it goes live. We’ll keep an eye out for any signs of the feature rolling out, and will report back as soon as Apple officially enables or details Tester Matching. Accessory deals on Amazon
