While it lacks the haptics of the newer MX Master 4, Logitech’s MX Master 3S is nearly as good in several ways. It has quiet clicks, horizontal and vertical scroll wheels that are fun to spin, and a comfortable grip. And, for a limited time, it’s down to just $89.98 at Amazon as part of the company’s October Prime Day sale, which runs through October 8th. That’s just a few dollars shy of its best-ever price, which we last saw last year.
The wireless MX Master 3S for Mac is essentially the same as the other models, but with a few tweaks. In addition to some unique Mac-inspired color schemes, it includes a USB-C to USB-C charging cable (instead of a USB-C to USB-A cable). Those are good things, except that it doesn’t include a Logi Bolt USB transmitter in the box. It’s equipped to connect via Bluetooth, although it can also connect to a Logi Bolt transmitter if you already own one or plan to buy one later on.
