While the Amazon fall Prime Day sale has officially ended, today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break is still loaded with some big-time price drops. Not only are we tracking up to $110 off M4 Mac mini configurations from $499, but we also still have as much as $800 off M3 Pro MacBook Pro machines for folks looking to save a ton on a previous-gen model. Alongside the ongoing lows on AirPods 4 and $120 off AirPods Max, we spotted a very rare chance to score a new Amazon low on the most affordable M4 iPad Pro you can buy. All of that and more awaits below, just make sure you go check out the all-new 9to5Toys site design too!
Amazon just put the upgraded M4 Mac mini configs on sale: 2x storage and 24GB models now $110 off
Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days is gone for good, but the upgraded Mac mini deals are making a late entrance…Better now than never I guess. The base model dropped down to $499 the second Prime Day made landfall, but you can now add the upgraded 16GB/512GB and the 24GB configurations to the mix – they are now $110 off the list prices.
As you can see above the entry model is $100 off, delivering arguably the best value in a current-generation Apple machine full stop. But for folks who need that extra storage and horsepower, the upgraded configs have now dipped in price at Amazon for Prime Big Deal Days.
The mid-ranger 512GB is now matching the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon, and the 24GB is now at the best price in months. We did see some aggressive prices on this one a while back, but this is still a solid price that takes things lower than the north of $900 deals we have tracked since the summer.
Heads up: You can secure the most affordable M4 iPad Pro at its best price right now on Amazon
Particularly notable deals on the most affordable M4 iPad Pro are generally quite rare. We do see the 256GB 11-inch model at $100 off on a regular basis, but anything more than that is nearly unheard of. However, Amazon now has this model listed at $799.99 shipped – it is temporarily out of stock but you can lock in the best price we have tracked right now at $199 off.
Amazon is now offering the 256GB 11-inch M4 iPad Pro down at $799.99 shipped. This is a regularly $999 machine at $200 off the list price to deliver the lowest price we have tracked on this configuration at Amazon. We have seen it at $100 a bunch of times, seldomly $150 off, but at $199 off we are looking at a seriously rare deal.
Again, it is temporarily out of stock at Amazon – this means one of a few things: It is about to be gone for good, about to jump back up in price, or Amazon is actually in the process off securing more stock at the discounted rate. And it’s mostly one of the first two options there.
While it is listed as Temporarily out of stock (at the time of writing) you can still get through checkout right now to lock in the heavily discounted price – shipping might just take a bit longer than usual.
While we have seen the far more pricey models with much deeper deals than this, $199 off the most affordable configuration you can buy is a seriously notable discount.
New models are inbound, but Best Buy is offering $800 off M3 Pro MacBook Pro models right now
Amazon’s Prime Day M4 MacBook Air deals are live and quite notable at up to $230 off the list prices, the M4 MacBook though…not so much. You can land a solid discount on the base model M4 MBP, but after seeing solid $300 discounts for a couple months and reports suggesting stock is dwindling at Apple stores, options are thin right now. That said, if you’re looking to land a huge deal on a MacBook Pro and don’t mind a previous-gen version, Best Buy is offering up to $800 off the original list prices right now on select M3 Pro configs as part of its Techtober sale.
You’ll find all of Best Buy’s MacBook Pro deals waiting on this landing page right here, but some of the real highlights on the previous-gen models are waiting in the list below:
Now obviously, this is the previous M3 Pro we are talking about, and by just about all estimations Apple is about to unleash the M5 variants very soon. That would be these models two generations back, but $800 off is $800 off if you ask me. And an M3 Pro machine will run just fine or better for years. I certainly wouldn’t blame anyone for holding off a another M4 Pro deal, or just grabbing a new M5 when they land, but there’s no denying how these prices drops are even with he old 18GB of RAM setup – its 24GB stock now.
Or just skip the pricey pro model and grab a 2025 Air while they are starting from $799 for Prime Day:
