As announced last week, there is a new bundle offer which combines Apple TV (formerly Apple TV+) and Peacock streaming services, offering substantial savings to US customers. You can get Apple TV with Peacock Premium for $14.99, or upgrade to the ad-free Peacock Premium Plus tier for $19.99 per month. This represents savings of about 35% compared to buying each service separately. You can sign up straight from the Apple TV app, or through Peacock’s app or website. If you are an existing Apple One bundle subscriber, there’s also a special discount offer on Peacock Premium Plus available … Standalone, Apple TV is currently priced at $12.99 per month and Peacock Premium is $10.99 a month. So, rather than getting a $24 monthly bill, the new bundle lets you pay just $15 per month. If you subscribe to Apple’s bundle offering, Apple One, you already have Apple TV of course. But there is a special deal just for Apple One subscribers. If you have Apple One, you can subscribe to Peacock Premium Plus for just $10.99 per month, that’s a saving of 35% compared to the normal $16.99 price. The easiest way to do this is to navigate to the Peacock channel inside the Apple TV app, and then go to purchase and it will automatically surface the Apple One offer. This is an unprecedented offer, as it’s the first time being an Apple One member has unlocked additional subscriber benefits. The partnership between NBCUniversal and Apple means you can sign up for the new bundle either through Apple TV app, or through Peacock. If you go directly through Apple TV app, you can get the bundle using Apple’s integrated payments system. However you subscribe, you can use either app to watch all the content. To promote the bundle, Apple and Peacock are also sharing a sample of their respective original content on each other’s platforms. This means Peacock users can check out a couple free episodes of Slow Horses, for instance, before committing to a subscription. Similarly, from within the Apple TV app, you can sample Peacock originals like Twisted Metal. One tip: if you have recently committed to a Peacock annual subscription, you can contact their support and ask for a pro-rated refund because you want to switch to this bundle instead.
