Google I/O 2025 Live Blog: All the Android, Gemini, and XR Updates as They Happen

If you're a Google user—and really, show us somebody on the internet who isn't—then today is one of the most important days on the tech news calendar. On Tuesday morning in California, Google will kick off its I/O developer conference with a two-hour keynote address. In that keynote, Google execs will walk through all of the changes coming to the company's biggest products: the Android operating system, the Search experience, the Gemini chatbot, the Android XR face-computing platform, and Google's suite of webapps.
