Asus' ROG announced a new 75% split keyboard designed for gamers at Computex 2025, and I went hands-on with the device at the show. Although it's made for serious gamers, I couldn't help but appreciate its design from a purely ergonomic perspective. Here's the rundown.
The ROG Falcata keyboard is part of ROG's Ace collection of esports-centric gaming devices, unveiled at Computex. It splits down the middle around the 75% mark, eliminating the right half of the keyboard if you just need the WASD keys. This allows for way more room for the right-hand mouse.

Conversely, detaching the keyboard allows you to decouple the arrow keys from the WASD, allowing for ergonomic positioning that could potentially prevent gamers from wrecking their wrists, especially during long or intense gaming sessions.
