Star Wars Celebration Just Announced 4 Very Exciting Panels

The next four Star Wars projects will officially be on display at Star Wars Celebration Japan. The event, which takes place April 18-20, has yet to reveal its full schedule, but four of its biggest panels were just announced and they provide a glimpse at what the immediate future of the franchise holds. That future, of course, starts with The Mandalorian and Grogu. The summer 2026 release, directed by Jon Favreau, has already finished filming so you can imagine fans may see not just a trailer or two, but learn more about what makes this story destined for the big screen. That panel will take place on Friday, April 18 in what is potentially the first of the event. (Do we think Lucasfilm would release a trailer online this early too? That would be cool.)
