Nvidia says there will be no RTX 5070 Founders Edition cards at launch

Facepalm: You might think that the RTX 5000 series couldn't run into any more problems, but Nvidia continues to find ways to make the worst GPU series release even worse. Following the poor reviews of the RTX 5070, reports claim there will be no Founders Edition versions of the card available during today's launch. Hardware Luxx editor Andreas Schilling writes that Nvidia informed him that no RTX 5070 Founders Edition cards would be available during today's launch just two and a half hours before the review embargo lifted.
