Gemini Live is ready to overtake your Android phone’s power button (APK teardown)

We’ve spotted a new Launch Live option in Gemini settings that will let you enable the upcoming gestures. In addition to the swipe gesture we spotted last month, you may also be able to launch Gemini Live by long pressing the power button. Google is working on a change that should make it easier for users to start a Gemini Live conversation on their Android phones. We first spotted evidence of this change in January and gave you an early look at the swipe gesture that would let you start a Gemini Live conversation right from the home screen.
