Nintendo Today! Is a Mobile News App to Keep You in the Loop on Everything Nintendo

On Thursday, Nintendo's Nintendo Direct update presentation was filled with gaming news, such as new info about Metroid Prime 4, the return of the Rhythm Heaven series and two PlayStation franchises making their way to the Switch: Patapon and Everybody's Golf. Nintendo didn't offer any news about the Switch 2, which will be revealed on April 2, but the company is releasing an app for fans to keep up with the latest Nintendo news. Nintendo Today is the company's new mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play Store. It's free for anyone with a Nintendo account and a smartphone or tablet. Nintendo's new app will have daily updates about the Switch 2 and games, plus fun videos and comic strips on Nintendo characters. An animated calendar based on a Nintendo theme, such as Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda and Animal Crossing, will be available to keep track of upcoming dates.
