What You Need to Know About Nintendo Switch 2 Edition Games

Nintendo held its Nintendo Switch 2 Direct on Wednesday, and the company announced the upcoming console will be released on June 5. The company also revealed that a handful of Nintendo Switch games will be getting upgraded versions, called Nintendo Switch 2 Editions. The Switch 2 is backwards compatible and can play certain compatible Switch games -- but Nintendo hasn't said which games will be compatible yet. Nintendo did say that Switch 2 Edition games may offer improved graphics, unique ways to play the game with the Switch 2 hardware and more.
