The outage tracking website DownDetector showed nearly 60,000 reports around 3:30 p.m. E.T. Reports were declining by 4 p.m., but that could just be because people no longer feel the need to report the outage. The Zoom status page acknowledged the problem quickly, posting around 10 minutes later that it was "investigating domain name resolution issues" that were affecting multiple services.
