Nintendo reschedules Switch 2 American pre-orders for April 24

Nintendo announced today that it has set a new date for Switch 2 pre-orders in the U.S.A. — the new console’s pre-orders will open on April 24. It also added that the price for the console and its pre-announced flagship games will remain the same, the prices of some of the Switch 2 accessories will change due to “changes in market conditions.” The Switch 2 is still $450, or $500 if you purchase the bundle with Mario Kart World. That game will also cost $80, and Donkey Kong Bananza will remain $70. Nintendo also revealed a price list for several of the Switch 2 accessories, some of which have gone up in price. The Joy-Con 2 Pair has gone from $90 to $95, the Dock Set has gone from $110 to $120 and the Switch 2 Camera has gone from $50 to $55.
