Apple Intelligence No Longer ‘Available Now’ After False Advertising Inquiry

One of Apple’s big selling points for the iPhone 16 was that it would be the first to get Apple Intelligence, the company’s suite of AI features for doing things like summarizing texts and generating custom emoji. But some of the bigger promises, like a revamped Siri, have yet to come to fruition. As a result, Apple has removed the description “available now” from the landing page for Apple Intelligence on the company’s website following a recommendation from a truth-in-advertising organization. The National Advertising Division, which is part of the Better Business Bureau, led an inquiry into Apple’s advertising promises around Apple Intelligence.
