Whoop, maker of CNET's favorite sleep tracker, on Friday launched not one but two new devices: the Whoop 5.0 and Whoop MG -- MG stands for medical grade. Alongside these new models, the company also unveiled new membership tiers and a host of new health, longevity and fitness features.

The Whoop 5.0 now offers 14-plus days of battery life on a single charge. For $29, you can get a basic charger or grab a wireless powerpack for $49. The wireless powerpack gives it a full month of battery life.
Whoop 5.0 can also be worn on multiple locations on the body -- not just the wrist -- for 24/7 tracking. If you find having a wearable on your wrist clunky and uncomfortable, this is a game-changer. The 5.0 model is also 7% smaller, per Business Wire, than the 4.0 but delivers 10 times more power efficiency. Updated sensors capture data 26 times per second.
