Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo Are Bringing Wicked to TV

Come fall, Wicked fans will be able to hold space for “Defying Gravity” at home again with a special televised event. A live musical special featuring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, the stars of Jon M. Chu’s cinematic adaptation of the Broadway hit, will be broadcast on NBC and Peacock later this year. The announcement which was made during NBC’s upfronts, was reported by Variety. The panel presentation featured director Jon M.
