According to a meta-analysis of sauna research, time in a sauna is correlated to improved sleep, among other reported benefits. Likewise, a global survey found that respondents are likely to use saunas for sleep and improved mental health. In fact, 83.5% of respondents said they experienced the benefits of a sauna before bed for sleep.
