Roblox fashion sphere grows as Bunka launches Digital Fashion Program

Roblox’s latest partnership with the fashion industry is the in-platform debut of the students at Tokyo’s Bunka Fashion College debuted their graduation showcase in the form of both physical pieces and digital avatar garb. The school created its Digital Fashion Program in partnership with Roblox and Dentsu Group, offering digital fashion design courses in addition to physical garment creation. Now students can sell their looks to Roblox avatars via the platform’s expanded e-commerce offering. Bunka’s students created collections reflecting their personal brands, using Roblox Studio to create digital pieces and complimenting physical clothing. Bunka is following in the footsteps of Parsons School of Design, which debuted its digital fashion course on Roblox in 2023.
