Your Nvidia's Shield TV just got a major free update - including these bug fixes

Nvidia Shield TV Nvidia Nvidia rolled out a new patch for its SHIELD TV back in February, providing a much-needed support boost to a seemingly forgotten device. Here's what to know Unlike the previous patch from a few months ago, this one is significantly smaller and focuses mainly on resolving certain bugs. For example, the update fixes playback issues on the streaming service PLEX when using AAC 5.1 audio. Connection issues with third-party remotes after going to sleep or rebooting will no longer happen. Content shown in Dolby Vision should stop stuttering, Night Mode will stop being skipped whenever DAP is active, and the HQS and Maxrate options for USB audio have been restored.
