Nvidia puts Groq 3 LPX racks into full production, deployment via Nebius this year

Nvidia said its Groq 3 LPX rack has entered full production and will be deployed with Vera CPUs and Rubin GPUs at cloud provider Nebius later this year. The rollout follows Nvidia's $20 billion acquisition of Groq's assets in December, its largest purchase to date, and packages 256 Groq 3 chips per rack delivering 3,400 tokens per second per an Artificial Analysis benchmark.
