Lucas Museum of Narrative Art debuts in Los Angeles ahead of Sept 22 public opening

George Lucas and Mellody Hobson unveiled the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art to press and invited guests in Exposition Park, Los Angeles, with a public opening set for September 22. The five-story, MAD Architects-designed building cost a reported $1 billion and houses roughly 1,300 objects across 33 galleries totaling 100,000 square feet, spanning cave paintings to comics and Star Wars-related material.
