GoKawiilAnthropic merges Claude Cowork and chat, adds Docs and Slides in beta
Anthropic is unifying Claude's Cowork mode and regular chat into a single interface, letting users hand off long-running tasks or ask quick questions in the same conversation, with Claude continuing work even after the app is closed. The company also launched Claude Docs and Claude Slides, joining Claude Design, all now accessible directly within chat rather than as separate tools. The changes roll out in beta on Pro and Max plans over coming weeks, with Enterprise admins controlling activation.
