The first time I tried Green Chef, I wasn't impressed. I wanted less complex recipes, clearer instructions and more thoughtful meals from the HelloFresh-owned company that markets itself as offering USDA-certified organic meal kits. However, a lot has improved since then, thanks to Green Chef's new menus, plans and recipes.
