Apple has published the full release notes for the security updates included in iOS 26.1 and iPadOS 26.1. If you were looking for a reason to update, here are about 50 of them.

Apple released iOS 26.1 and iPadOS 26.1 today, marking the first major update release since the initial rollout last September.

And as it does with every update, the company has now published the full release notes detailing the vulnerabilities and security issues addressed in the update.

The list includes bug fixes for an issue that allowed Stolen Device Protection to be disabled, a WebKit bug that allowed unauthorized keystroke monitoring, and more.
