If you're in the market for an SSD deal right now, then we've just found a wicked deal on the Crucial T710. One of the fastest drives on the market, the 2TB version of this potent SSD is now cheaper than the 1TB version, now $170 on Amazon, a new lowest-ever price. That's a brilliant saving in any context, but given a catastrophic NAND shortage looms on the PC hardware horizon, we'd almost given up hope of a good SSD deal this side of 2026, making this one all the more spectacular.
If you want even more storage, the 4TB version is also on sale for $364.99 instead of $549.99, a 34% saving and a new lowest-ever price on this listing, just like the 2TB option.
Unveiled in May 2025, the T710 range is still extremely new, which makes these massive savings really alluring. As mentioned, we're also in an extreme price crunch for PC parts like RAM and SSDs, so this is a really welcome break from what is otherwise a pretty bleak market.
The Crucial T710 2TB SSD scored well in our review owing to its class-leading power efficiency, all-around performance, and sustained write performance. While there are no standout numbers, the only other sticking point was the price, handily slashed thanks to this deal.

As you can see, the 2TB T710 pushes the speeds of its T705 predecessor. While it can't keep up with the speed of the SN8100, scores across the board will make this a certain upgrade to most systems, given the jump to PCIe 5.0.
The biggest single reference point for this deal is that the hefty 2TB saving makes the drive cheaper than its 1TB counterpart, which makes it something of a no-brainer, getting you more storage for 0.85 cents per GB. That's actually better value than the 4TB drive, which comes in at just over 9 cents per GB in this latest deal.
