US Mobile is known for great service, great pricing, and support for all three major US networks. If we’re being honest, it’s also known semi-regular stream of posts from the CEO that hint about what’s coming down the pipeline. After concluding its successful Black Friday promotion and activating over 30,000 new lines, Founder and CEO Ahmed Khattak has released his latest message to the fans via the company’s Reddit community page . This time, he thanked his users, boasted about growth, and promised an eventual rollout of home internet services. More significantly, he hinted at what he calls their “most ambitious idea yet”.
While there are still a lot of details that aren’t yet known, the CEO paints the picture of a membership program that would cover, his words, “everything”. Some of the proposed highlights include:
A new flagship from Apple, Samsung, or “your preferred company.”
Multi-network coverage included, with uncapped premium data on all three networks.
One global number with up to 100GB of premium high-speed data and “multi-network coverage abroad”.
Global device protection and automatic enrollment in Project Citadel, the company’s “state-of-the-art security suite”.
A dedicated support line, early access to new features, access to early deal drops, and other customer service-related additions.
Admittedly, the plan sounds pretty impressive, though there are a lot of unknowns here, including the price tag. US Mobile has also made it clear that it can’t promise a spot to everyone. If you are interested, you should sign up for the waiting list as soon as you can. Another important consideration is that the actual product might not completely match the initial expectations here.
