Welcome to Black Friday 2.0 – okay, not quit but it might as well be. The AirPods Pro 3 have returned to all-time low pricing today alongside AirPods 4 with ANC still down at $99. But perhaps today’s biggest news in deals is Apple Watch Series 11, just as we reported it would be last week. You’ll now find all configurations at $100 off the list price with deals starting from $299 to deliver the best deals we have ever tracked, undercutting the lowest Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers. All of that joins discounts on iPad 11 from $279, the M3 iPad Air lineup from $450, and the return of Black Friday pricing on M4 Mac mini down at $479. Scope it all out below.

Apple Watch Series 11 hits all-time low today at $100 off starting from $299
Just as promised, Apple Watch Series 11 has now hit all-time low pricing at $100 off. Amazon is now offering just about all case colors and configurations at this price, including the 42mm model from $299 and the 46mm at $329 shipped.
Amazon is now offering Apple Watch Series 11 down at $299 for the 42mm model and $329 for the 46mm model. Regularly $399 and $429, respectively, this is a new Amazon all-time low at $100 off the list prices. This includes both the standard models and the GPS + Cell variants:
These deals are also matched at Best Buy on both the 42mm and 46mm modelas part of its latest Apple-focused gift sale.
As we detailed last week, the scheduled December 8 all-time low pricing on Apple Watch Series 11 puts these 2025 wearables down at the lowest we have tracked online. There was a previous Costco offer that had these watches approaching this price for members with an additional delivery fee, but all models are now undercutting the Black Friday price to deliver a new all-time low.
While you certainly didn’t go wrong landing one at $30 more for Black Friday when they were all $70 off, you are in luck if you held out. The 46mm model is now sitting down at the same price we saw for the 42mm for Cyber Monday.
