iOS 26.3 is now available in public beta, arriving not long after the first developer beta debuted. Here’s what’s new.
iOS 26.3 adds new wallpapers and settings for notification forwarding, more
Today’s first public beta of iOS 26.3 is likely the last beta we’ll get from Apple before the company takes a holiday break.
Understandably then, the release is light on new features and changes. A larger update would no doubt introduce more bugs that users would have to live with for an extended period during the holidays, so it’s pretty standard for pre-holiday betas to be light on changes.
That said, there are three noteworthy additions in iOS 26.3 so far:
New Weather wallpapers inside a dedicated Weather section A setting for notification forwarding (an EU feature) And a setting for transferring to Android
These are the only changes we’ve discovered so far. However, there may be more new features available that early testers have yet to find.
The next iOS 26.3 beta isn’t expected to arrive until early 2026. But when it does, it may contain several additional new features that haven’t yet been revealed.
Have you installed the iOS 26.3 beta? If you’ve discovered any other changes, let us know in the comments.
