Virginia offshore wind developer sues after Trump administration halts project

Dominion’s project has been under construction since early 2024 and was scheduled to come online early next year. The developers of a Virginia offshore wind project are asking a federal judge to block a Trump administration order that halted construction of their project, along with four others, over national security concerns.
