Netflix The Witcher The Witcher stars Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia, the program's titular hero. Based on the books by Andrzej Sapkowski -- which first inspired the popular video game franchise -- the Netflix show follows the adventures of Geralt as he hunts monsters. Thanks to the detailed world-building and ensemble performances, The Witcher is a must-watch for any fans of the fantasy genre. Cavill left the series after season 3, with Liam Hemsworth taking over the role.

Other gods featured in the series include Zeus's sister Hera (Janet McTeer), his son Dionysus (Nabhaan Rizwan), Prometheus (Stephen Dillane), Hades (David Thewlis), Poseidon (Cliff Curtis) and Medusa (Debi Mazar). If you're looking for something delightfully weird and different, this is the show for you.

It's worth noting that he's the illegitimate son of the world's most notorious witch. Now, he has to tap into his powers before he turns 17, or things will go from bad to much, much worse. Unfortunately, the show was canceled after one season. However, that's good news, as it makes it an easy binge.
