CES 2026 Live: all the news, announcements, and innovations from the show floor and beyond

The world’s first 52-inch 6K monitor has arrived in Dell’s UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor, which was announced at CES 2026. It’s a 21:9 aspect ratio screen that’s slightly curved (4200R) and can display up to 6,144 x 2,560 at up to 120Hz refresh rate (with VRR support). Its IPS Black panel type offers deeper blacks and better contrast than standard IPS, although I wonder if its 129 pixels per inch (PPI) is low enough to make some of its pixels noticeable up close.

This monitor is absolutely packed with ports since it doubles as a Thunderbolt dock. It has two HDMI 2.1 ports, two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, and one Thunderbolt 4 port with video-out and 140W PD charging. It has three USB-C upstream ports, two USB-C and five USB-C downstream ports, and a 2.5Gbps ethernet jack.

Behold, all of these dang ports. Image: Dell

What are you supposed to do with all these video inputs? Well, what other than display multiple PCs at once? You’ll be able to display up to four sources simultaneously with its screen partitioning feature. This display supports KVM, letting you control each of the machines with a single set of keyboard and mouse.

Dell envisions that folks in engineering, finance, and those who deal with CAD files will gravitate toward this gigantic display, as it’s designed to replace multi-monitor setups. It’s available starting today around the world for $2,899 with the stand included, or $2,799 without the stand.
