Sailormen Inc, which recently sought Chapter 11 protection, has just shuttered more than a dozen locations of the beloved fried chicken chain. Fans of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be sad to learn that more than a dozen locations have shuttered this month across two Southeastern states.
