Following publication of this article, we found some assembly inaccuracies in the Extended Data of our manuscript that require correction. Notably, the raw data published in the Supplementary Information alongside our manuscript were always correct; the human errors only happened during the assembly of the Extended Data Figure panels. To ensure full clarity, we also refined the labeling of the uncut western blots provided in the Supplementary Information.
In Extended Data Fig. 2i, the Phgdh bands for both the hypoxia/reoxygenation and thapsigargin/salubrinal conditions had been inadvertently cut from a lower exposure actin blot. These have now been replaced with the correct Phgdh bands from the full blot available in the raw data published in the Supplementary Information.
In Extended Data Fig. 4e, the p38 bands for 4T1 shPHGDH #2 had been mistakenly taken from a higher exposure P-p38 blot. They have been replaced with the correct p38 bands from the full blot available in the raw data published in the Supplementary Information.
In Extended Data Fig. 9h, a wrong image was accidentally used to represent the 4T1 SCR KO condition in the figure panel corresponding to a not quantified field of view from the 4T1 PSPH KO condition. Moreover, when revisiting all fields of view within the conditions, we noticed that two fields within the 4T1 PSPH KO condition showed a minor overlap. Therefore, we decided to remove one field of view even though this minor field overlap did not significantly affect the 4T1 PSPH KO data. The bar blot and the figure legend have been updated accordingly.
