What business students learn about ethics in a Philadelphia soup kitchen

I felt it was important to give students the opportunity to consider important issues of social justice when applying their business decision-making skills. For the past decade I have volunteered at St. Francis Inn, a soup kitchen in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.
