If you're having trouble viewing an Amazon product's price or using the Amazon app, you're not the only one. Amazon is experiencing a disruption, according to Downdetector. Over 150,000 reports have been submitted to the site, Thursday.
Downdetector's map shows the partial outage impacting major US cities, including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, San Francisco, and Seattle. The service, which corrals user reports, is owned by ZDNET's parent company, Ziff Davis.
Latest update
As of 6:20 p.m. ET, the total number of reports has decreased significantly, now down to roughly 2,000 (from 220,000, at its peak). Some users are reportedly able to add items to carts and make purchases again, while others are still saying that listings on their Amazon site and apps are directing to blank pages.
