Earlier this year, The Outsiders introduced Personal Training Goals, letting users set workout targets based on time, distance, training load, active energy, or elevation.

Shortly after, Gentler Stories expanded the feature based on user feedback, adding support for goals tied to a specific number of sessions or time spent in Training Focus, Heart Rate, and Cycling Power zones.

Personal training goals, added at the beginning of the year, give athletes a clear, trackable target to work toward, be it cycling miles, running time, energy burned in the gym, and more. Version 1.6, rolling out now on the App Store, introduces four new metrics “that work together to give the full scope of a session – not just how hard you went, but how well you executed it:”
