Update: March 16, 2026 (9:49 AM ET): OnePlus has now confirmed that it’s aware of issues affecting its Community app and forums in the US. This comes after users reported that they were automatically logged out, experienced connection errors, and couldn’t load new posts.
The company issued a statement to Android Authority: Thanks for reaching out. We are aware of the issues that users are currently experiencing on the OnePlus US Community website. We are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible. A user complaint received by Android Authority states that the issue began around March 11, with the platform either logging users out automatically or failing to load new posts. Attempts to sign back in reportedly result in connection or server errors.

“US users are being logged out automatically, and any attempt to sign back in fails with connection errors. If you do manage to get the app to open, it’s not showing any new content — it’s basically a ghost town,” noted the user who contacted us about the situation.
