Amazon now has 16GB 15-inch M4 MacBook Air at $350 less than most affordable M5 Apple sells
Joining a few other particularly notable offers on M4 MacBook Air configurations and the launch deals on the new M5 lineup, Amazon has now added a deal on the most affordable 16GB 15-inch M4 model to its early Big Spring Sale deals. You can now score this model at $250 off its original list price and $350 under the price on the most affordable M5 model.
Amazon is now offering the 15-inch M4 MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and the 256GB internal SSD down at $949 shipped. At the time of writing this deal is live on all four colorways too.
This configuration carries a $1,199 list price and is now $250 less than that for the lowest price we can find. This deal is matching the best price we have ever tracked on Amazon for this model, including Black Friday 2025 before the M5 released.
It is also worth noting the major discounts we have been tracking on the M4 model since the M5 appeared have largely been on more expensive machines, like the 16GB/512GB and the 24GB/512GB models:
Apple no longer offers a 256GB configuration on the M5 models, and that means we are getting a higher price of entry while also bringing the price down on the higher RAM and storage models. Even still, the M4 model above is $350 less than the most affordable 15-inch model you can buy at Amazon, or $300 less with the launch deal:
