Apple is in the midst of celebrating its 50th anniversary with special events hosted around the globe. A new clue may point to when and where the next celebration might be happening.
Apple Battersea has special hours this week
The first celebration was held at Apple Grand Central in New York. Apple closed the store for two days.
Musician Alicia Keys performed at the retail space in Grand Center Terminal. Apple CEO Tim Cook and other company executives were in attendance.
Next, Apple hosted artist Chris Lee at Apple Taikoo Li Chengdu in China. Apple’s Newsroom documents both celebrations in a post.
Apple promises more celebrations during March as well. The company turns 50 on April 1.
Throughout the month, the company is commemorating the milestone around the world. Each gathering highlights human creativity and ingenuity in action, and showcases the remarkable things people can do when they have the right Apple products in their hands.
For that reason, it may be a clue that Apple Battersea in London lists special hours this week.
Specifically, the UK retail location will close three hours early on Tuesday. That might mean we’ll see Apple’s next 50th anniversary celebration occur sometime after 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT tomorrow. Stay tuned.
