We have now moved into Day 2 of the Amazon Big Spring Sale with a batch of fresh discounts now up for grabs. Alongside the ongoing holiday pricing on AirPods Pro 3, we have the first cash deal on the brand new AirPods Max 2 at Amazon (or $130 off with trade-ins at Best Buy). Those offers are joined by Apple’s silver 24GB M4 MacBook Air back in-stock at $300 off the list price, a chance to land MacBook Neo down at $558 shipped (‘excellent’ Best Buy open-box with 1-yr. Apple warranty), and the first deals on Apple’s new Spring Collection iPhone 17 Pro and 17e cases. Head below for a closer look.
Amazon Big Spring Sale AirPods deals now live: AirPods Pro 3 $50 off, AirPods Max $100 off
First cash deal on brand new AirPods Max 2 live at Amazon, or $130 off with trade-ins
It’s not a giant discount or anything, but considering the brand new AirPods Max 2 just went up for pre-order yesterday, we wanted to make sure the first cash discounts were on your on radar – Amazon has select colors for less than anywhere else right now, but you can still trade-in an older set to score $130 off.
AirPods Max 2 deals
Amazon is now offering the Midnight and Starlight AirPods Max 2 pre-orders at $529.99 shipped. Release is set for April 1.
No, that’s very much not a big deal or anything considering they carry the same $549 list price as the previous model, but if you’re not going to be trading in for a set, you might as well pre-order them at the lowest possible price and save yourself the $20.
All of that said, and as we detailed yesterday in our pre-order deal post, the best way to save is with a trade-in. As of right now, Apple does not appear to even be accepting trades towards the new AirPods Max 2 and that leaves retailers like Best Buy as your best bet if you’re looking to flip an older set.
As we mentioned yesterday, Best Buy will take your old Lightning AirPods Max and give you $130 back against the AirPods Max 2 pre-order (or just send you a $130 Best Buy gift card, your choice). This is the best way to save on the Max 2 we have come across yet, but if you don’t have anything to trade in for them, you might as well save the cash and grab a set at Amazon instead.
