The hosts come into this decisive showdown having claimed a convincing 3-1 win over Ukraine in its playoff semifinal in Valencia last Thursday. But the Poles had a tougher ride at home against Albania, edging past the Red and Blacks with a narrow 2-1 win thanks to goals from Robert Lewandowski and Piotr Zieliński in their semifinal. The spoils for today's victor is a place in this summer's tournament, lining up alongside the Netherlands, Japan and Tunisia in Group J.
