Margo’s Got Money Troubles, created by David E. Kelley, is based on a novel of the same name by Rufi Thorpe, and received strong reviews ahead of its premiere, earning a 96% average on Rotten Tomatoes’ Tomatometer.
In addition to Fanning, Pfeiffer, and Kidman, the show also features guest stars Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation), and Greg Kinnear (As Good as It Gets).

“Margo’s Got Money Troubles” is a bold, heartwarming and comedic family drama following recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Elle Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooters waitress (Michelle Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler (Nick Offerman), as she’s forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them.
