GoKawiilApple has updated its Sports app for iPhone, adding the first support for CarPlay and new F1 features. See the first two CarPlay widgets for Apple Sports, including how to configure both, below.
Apple Sports on CarPlay
Apple Sports version 3.10 includes the first Apple CarPlay features.
While there’s no dedicated CarPlay app just yet, Apple Sports does include multiple widgets that work with CarPlay as part of today’s update.
Apple’s Sports app supports two small widgets on CarPlay: My Teams and Leagues.

How to set up Apple Sports widgets in CarPlay
Apple Sports widgets can be configured after updating to Apple Sports version 3.10.
You can configure widgets on CarPlay from the Settings app on iPhone: Settings > General > CarPlay > My Car > Widgets.
From here, you can add a widget from the Sports app to a CarPlay widget stack.
