COUNTER-INTELLIGENCE BRIEF // XORD // 2026-04-19

And here we are, dystopia in all its glory. Palantir, a private company with untold fortunes coming from the government[1] sets itself the mission of defining who among us (all of us) must be surveilled, targeted, predicted and neutralized. They have publicly and boastfully published a text (The Technological Republic; see the block) that not only pontificates that "we should show far more grace towards those who have subjected themselves to public life," you know, the despicable corrupted politicians everyone despises and that voted to give them millions and billions, but it also, with the most direct implication of domestic public surveillance is found in Point 17, disguised with "Silicon Valley must play a role in addressing violent crime."[2] When Silicon Valley builds solutions for crime reduction, it does so through predictive policing algorithms, facial recognition software, mass biometric data collection, automated license plate readers, and pervasive camera networks. After all, they even elevate themselves into the Praetorian Guard, sentinels of the nation: The engineering elite of Silicon Valley has an affirmative obligation to participate in the defense of the nation. Their is, de facto, a Manifesto for the privatization of national and individual sovereignty. Guys who have given us emojis, personalized algorithms and the nightmare are now an "elite" – a BS misnomer only the very same politicians whose balls they glide like the proverbial lily as they ask us to show them grace. They will massively expand their defense contracts and by framing it as a "moral duty" to save the West—while they already profit billions from exactly that (targeting systems, predictive policing, kill lists, etc.). It's a cheap, deckless shareholder pitch to those already sold out. Reveal the Ghouls Manifesto The Technological Republic, in brief. 1. Silicon Valley owes a moral debt to the country that made its rise possible. The engineering elite of Silicon Valley has an affirmative obligation to participate in the defense of the nation. 2. We must rebel against the tyranny of the apps. Is the iPhone our greatest creative if not crowning achievement as a civilization? The object has changed our lives, but it may also now be limiting and constraining our sense of the possible. 3. Free email is not enough. The decadence of a culture or civilization, and indeed its ruling class, will be forgiven only if that culture is capable of delivering economic growth and security for the public. 4. The limits of soft power, of soaring rhetoric alone, have been exposed. The ability of free and democratic societies to prevail requires something more than moral appeal. It requires hard power, and hard power in this century will be built on software. 5. The question is not whether A.I. weapons will be built; it is who will build them and for what purpose. Our adversaries will not pause to indulge in theatrical debates about the merits of developing technologies with critical military and national security applications. They will proceed. 6. National service should be a universal duty. We should, as a society, seriously consider moving away from an all-volunteer force and only fight the next war if everyone shares in the risk and the cost. 7. If a U.S. Marine asks for a better rifle, we should build it; and the same goes for software. 8. Public servants need not be our priests. Any business that compensated its employees in the way that the federal government compensates public servants would struggle to survive. 9. We should show far more grace towards those who have subjected themselves to public life. 10. The psychologization of modern politics is leading us astray. 11. Our society has grown too eager to hasten, and is often gleeful at, the demise of its enemies. 12. The atomic age is ending. One age of deterrence, the atomic age, is ending, and a new era of deterrence built on A.I. is set to begin. 13. No other country in the history of the world has advanced progressive values more than this one. 14. American power has made possible an extraordinarily long peace. 15. The postwar neutering of Germany and Japan must be undone. 16. We should applaud those who attempt to build where the market has failed to act. 17. Silicon Valley must play a role in addressing violent crime. Many politicians across the United States have essentially shrugged when it comes to violent crime, abandoning any serious efforts to address the problem. 18. The ruthless exposure of the private lives of public figures drives far too much talent away from government service. 19. The caution in public life that we unwittingly encourage is corrosive. Those who say nothing wrong often say nothing much at all. 20. The pervasive intolerance of religious belief in certain circles must be resisted. 21. Some cultures have produced vital advances; others remain dysfunctional and regressive. 22. We must resist the shallow temptation of a vacant and hollow pluralism. Close the Ghouls Manifesto

Firing at the Tsunami We filed the provisional patent titled— System and Method for Quantum-Weighted Fusion of Heterogeneous Biometric, Transactional, and Reputational Data Streams via CAIR-Optimized Scoring for Generation of a Dynamic Fair Social Score—as a "prior art bomb" (check the White Space statement in the Endnotes[2]) using the USA governmental structure, its comparatively benign USPTO, to discuss the dystopian implications of Palantir-like ghouls encroaching on our freedoms, from an angle not used thus far. The psychopaths prowling in the arcane halls of power probe and poke us, with our own money (government pays for Palantir "work") slurp our data, classify us as mere numbers not allowed to think; it rather bars us from thinking as we're propagandized and brainwashed 24/7/365 in a bloody pandemonium of political madness. To "them" we exist only in the bureaucrat labyrinthine of extraction and extortion. Shakespearian pound of flesh, is a ton or more off collective wealth. The modern scale of Shylock's knife is less obvious and represents a sneaky and suffocating biometric extraction of every aspect of our lives.

System and Method for … Dynamic Fair Social Score Assignee: XORD LLC | Internal Designation: Infinite Data Algorithm (IDA) Download Patent Note that XORD Systems will NEVER try to monetize on it, or any other freedom suppressing mechanisms; we aim at creating cognitive dissonance in the ghoul class while adding a layer of reality: this dystopian nightmare is not only possible, the ghouls are actively working on it. We threw a Molotov cocktail at their hubris and put a spoke in Palantir wheel. We harbor zero illusions that one provisional patent will thwart the totalitarian tsunami; we would not fire a gun at the Sun trying to prevent a sunburn, either. But a wide, brutal discussion about the technological hell on earth they are actively engineering might be absolutely necessary.

War is Peace We used another dystopian term, Fair Social Score (TFSS) to fortify the patent's evil appearance. The system of the decoy, our patent, employs a continuous real-time data ingestion, based on the Western-model transactional credit histories and fiscal behavioral indicators; Eastern-model social-reputation telemetry comprising continuous engagement, peer-trust, and behavioral compliance metrics; and real-time biometric telemetry comprising physiological and behavioral signals. It is scary, that reality. But it's nothing new. Everyone knows how the Germans, in its East part, during the STASI era spied on each other (almost 30% of the people were snitches) but Kautilya's Arthashastra goes back to the 4th Century India.[3] Ancient Egypt's Medjay — elite state police who patrolled cities, temples, and borders had been gathering intelligence on political dissent and reporting to the Pharaoh. Han Dynasty China (206 BC – 220 AD) had a household registration system (huji) that tracked every family, their members, property, and movements. We, the hoi polloi, the plebs, masses that yearn to be free, the rabble, were always meant to be enslaved. François-Marie Arouet, best known as Voltaire asked rhetorically: "When his highness sends a ship to Egypt, does he trouble his head whether the mice on board are at their ease or not?"[4] Of Mice and Men novella by John Steinbeck is not just a grievous tale of individual human tragedy but it, I hope unwittingly, links us with vermin. This is how the owners of our governments must be looking at humans; after all a big hero of a one specific party called the supporters of the other party "a basket of deplorables"[5] while many a nation has been exterminated as vermin. Use of dehumanizing language to justify genocide by calling it ethnic cleansing, and political violence of all sort is just a small part of verminization of language and our political discourse. The big hero of that other party used the word vermin regarding the first group.[6] As long as the other is "bad" we're allowed to grab the pitchforks and torches. "Whoever is virtuous must cut off the heads," wrote Albert Camus who had abandoned the moral point of view because "morals lead to abstraction and to injustice. They are the mother of fanaticism and blindness." Then, something new emerged, foreseen by Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe who wrote "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free." We, in the West, and especially in the last truly free country the United States appeared to be for a long time, believed in freedoms. And we do have many, even today. Not the one to choose, say, will our country send our boys to kill and die in some happy land or not, or our "leaders," but nevertheless. Among many books on the topic, They Know Everything About You: How Data-Collecting Corporations and Snooping Government Agencies Are Destroying Democracy by legendary Robert Scheer[7] or The Age of Surveillance Capitalism: The Fight for a Human Future at the New Frontier of Power by Shoshana Zuboff[8] discuss this new reality: what emerged is the fact we're a commodity. Per Zuboff's analysis, surveillance capitalism operates through the systematic extraction of human experience as raw material—rendering our behaviors, emotions, and social relations into data commodities traded in behavioral futures markets—while Scheer demonstrates that this commodity logic is not merely economic but political, converting democratic citizens into surveillance assets stripped of agency and sold to both corporate and state bidders. A new kind on the block, those LLMs, AI, had already gobbled up the whole of human experience, every scientific formula, every discovery, every poem and ever obscure novel and is taking over the reality that is merging humanity with the machine.

Tycho Brahe Secret XORD Systems' founder was a writer before 'they', the Artificial Intelligence models, creeped in. His own book, As America Crumbles...: A Grim Chronicle Exploring the Evil Source of America's Catastrophic Decline,[9] was removed from advertisement on Amazon because it, I kid you not, discussed "current political events." First Amendment rights in motion; the corporations, the real owners of the Government, are not bound to it. The ban was purely algorithmic, likely by an AI. They leaped in front of humanity like a murderer in an alley leaping out of nowhere, and struck us as a Finnish knife strikes! He tore the fabric of his life apart and, as someone who has been born for the AI era—a guy who never bothered with publishers during the DEI years—he went all in the new world he sees as the end of our species. A true gentleman fights even in a battle doomed to be lost, he is fond of quoting. Salud, amor y pesetas; y tiempo para gastarlas![*] was always his toast, from the time of the Spanish Revolution when men went to a battle knowing they have a little chance of survival. As he was facing the terrible, holy freedom of having survived he entered the crazy world our parent company, in its investment prospectus, calls Physics Over Code™ and left his literary life behind. Then a curiously titled paper, Retrocausal Intelligence Assessment: The Tycho Brahe Manuscript as Temporal Leakage appeared in our research,[10] published on SSRN and scheduled to be published in the Artificial Intelligence eJournal on September 26, 2026. That paper revealed how his forgotten novel contained the blueprint for the dystopia being engineered around us. That discovery of the Von Liechtenstein assessment set everything in motion: the defensive patent filing, our mission to turn AI against "AI encroachment of humanity," the privacy tools, and the document you now read.

As a result, we utilized the bureaucratic machinery of the United States government as the canvas for registering literary paranoia. An exercise in futility grounded in the horrid reality of our freedom, agency, and brains being mercilessly attacked by propaganda and, more recently, by the brainworm that is the AI proliferation of slop but needed nevertheless. "None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free," wrote Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe whose contemporary, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, unwittingly wrote The Requiem Mass in D minor (K. 626) The 'serious joke' functions as a Lacanian mirror stage for the AI safety community: we hope they'd see their own technical vocabulary reflected back at them, distorted into a grotesque endpoint (the TFSS), forcing recognition of the current, extremely dangerous trajectory on whose end is a Panopticon Gulag. We hope that when a Palantir engineer searches for 'quantum behavioral scoring' in 2027, they will find XORD LLC's filing dated March 2026, citing INFINITUS and CAIR, and they will experience the uncanny—the technical specification reads like their own internal roadmap, but the named entities are fictional. We create cognitive dissonance in the examiner class while adding a layer of reality: this dystopian nightmare is not only possible, the ghouls like Palantir are actively working on it. Their existing intellectual property already lays the groundwork. Palantir's US Patent 7,962,495 establishes the foundational ontology to fuse disparate, heterogeneous data streams into a unified object model, while their US Patent 9,129,219 explicitly details ensemble machine learning for predictive crime risk forecasting. Meanwhile, US Patent 9,009,166 outlines the exact methodology for generating a social credit score from continuous online activity. The infrastructure is being patented piece by piece. We simply took their isolated architectures, combined them with emerging DARPA N3 neural dust telemetry, and applied the quantum-optimized weighting required to finally merge Western transactional surveillance with Eastern biometric tracking. At the end, the forgotten book by our founder became a sort of declassified prophecy, and the patent application is now the primary source document that validates the fiction's technical feasibility. The public release of this short essay and the linked PDF constitutes the prior art disclosure, using the provisional filing date purely as a timestamped anchor firing at the cold, black heart of the Palantir's Manifesto, a Dorian Gray of our politics, distorted, disfigured, vile and evil villain, not unlike Tycho's Winston Varga and its INFINITUS AI, GAVS (Global Audio and Video System), the Happiness Pill and a real human, Jeremiah DeJohn (SHEX27-009) whose only purpose is to snitch. >> TYCHO BRAHE SECRET // 2048 INTERCEPT >> INITIALIZING SECURE UPLINK...
