Why This Matters

The rebranding of the Fitbit app to Google Health signifies a major step towards integrating comprehensive health data management under Google's ecosystem, offering users a unified platform for fitness, sleep, medical records, and more. This evolution enhances user experience by consolidating health information and expanding compatibility with various devices and apps, making health tracking more accessible and personalized for consumers and the industry alike.

Each tab will have that topic's data, while Today will display your daily metrics.

The Today tab will display timely insights. Fitness houses your weekly workout plan. Sleep provides data related to your rest. Lastly, Health will give you access to your medical records and health metrics. Google
