Season 5 of The Boys is almost over, which means the entire series is nearing its end. That feels oddly emotional to write. Amazon's hit program, inspired by the comics of Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson and created by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, airs its seventh episode this week. Meaning, there's just one more episode to go.
But that doesn't mean the story ends here. The Boys universe is still expanding, with past spin-offs like Gen V and the animated The Boys Presents: Diabolical, plus more on the way, including Vought Rising, focused on Soldier Boy's backstory, and The Boys: Mexico, starring Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal.
All the familiar faces are back in the fifth season of The Boys, including Antony Starr, Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso and Tomer Capone. Jensen Ackles makes his return as Soldier Boy; his Supernatural co-stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins appeared in the fifth episode of the new season.
